Taste: 10/10. practically tasteless. The rest of the stir fry took over the flavor of the dish so it tastes like it would usually taste with rice or pasta. There is no aftertaste either. Cookability: 9/10 cooked as normal Noddles would in my stir fry. Would also be great in noodle soups.
