Jon and I have been going a little sandwich crazy around here. Grilled cheese, ham and egg, meatball, the works! This Low Carb Fresh Baked Multi-Grain Bread is only 1 net carb per slice. YES, you read that right. 7 Net Carbs per 2 oz serving. Make Mac n Cheese, cold pasta salads, casseroles, the possibilities are endless. Just boil between 8-15 minutes depending on how y Chompies High Protein / Low Carb Bread is keto-friendly and kosher. Due to the lack of preservatives in this product, it is kept frozen in our Netrition warehouse until the day it ships. It must be refrozen upon receipt and kept frozen until ready to use. I was in heaven! I couldn't even finish a one 2 ounce serving. I guess with all the fiber it contains it fills you right up. Plus since doing this diet my appetite is real small.
